Terms of Use

1) Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app for your studies. This right cannot be sold, rented or shared with another person.

2) Your content, our app

You keep full ownership of what you send (questions, photos, feedback). You grant us only the technical permission needed to run the service: generate answers, save your history and transmit your messages.

The app and its code remain our exclusive property.

3) Restrictions

• No illegal use or any use that harms other students.
• No copying, reselling or reverse-engineering the app.
• No attempts to bypass limits, security or the administration console.
• One account per person; no sharing of credentials.
• No automated or bulk requests outside the normal use of the app.

4) Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are activated manually after a bank transfer: send the receipt + the e-mail of your account on WhatsApp. Activation is manual, usually the same day. Bank details (RIB) are communicated on WhatsApp depending on your method: CIH, Attijariwafa, CashPlus, Umnia Bank…

Paid periods are not refundable once activated. When a paid period ends, your account returns to the Free plan and your history is kept.

5) AI answers

Answers are generated by artificial intelligence and can be incomplete or wrong. The assistant is a study aid: it does not replace your teacher and must not be used to cheat in exams. Always check important information.

6) Suspension

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service. We will try to warn you first, and you can always contact us to understand the situation.

7) Liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, for data lost through your device, or for decisions made based on AI answers. Keep your own copies of important documents.

8) Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app and on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the app means you accept them.

9) Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
