What is the AI Study Assistant?
It is your personal study companion: ask questions, get step-by-step explanations, and send a photo of an exercise to have it corrected. All in your language, on any device.
Is it free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 50 messages per month. New accounts can also start a 7-day trial (50 messages, standard AI, 20 images per month) to test everything.
How much do the paid plans cost?
Standard: 15 DH/month (150 messages, 30 of them on the Thinking model, 60 images per month). Premium: 30 DH/month (300 messages, advanced AI, 120 images per month). Premium Ultra: 45 DH/month (400 messages, 150 of them on the Thinking model, 200 images per month). Longer periods are cheaper: −10% for 3 months, −20% for 6 months and −25% for 12 months.
How do I subscribe?
Send us a WhatsApp message with the plan you chose. After the bank transfer, send the receipt + the e-mail of your account on WhatsApp. Activation is manual, usually the same day. Bank details (RIB) are sent on WhatsApp depending on your method: CIH, Attijariwafa, CashPlus, Umnia Bank…
When is my account activated?
Generally the same day. If nothing happens within 24h, send us a reminder on WhatsApp.
What happens when my paid period ends?
You automatically go back to the Free plan (50 messages/month). Your conversation history is kept, and you can renew at any time.
Is my conversation saved?
Yes. When you are signed in, conversations are saved on our servers so you can find them on any device. Anonymous chats stay linked to your browser session.
Are my photos stored?
No. Images are sent to Google's Gemini for analysis and are not stored on our servers. The text read from the photo becomes part of your message so the conversation can continue; the photo file itself is never saved.
Is my e-mail visible to others?
No. The community feedback wall only shows your display name, rating and text — never your e-mail address.
Can the AI make mistakes?
Yes. AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. Check important facts with your teacher, and use the assistant as a study aid — not as a replacement.
How do I delete my account or my data?
Send us a message on WhatsApp or by e-mail. We delete your data within 72 hours and confirm it to you.
